Clients reviews about Property Inspector Melbourne

We arranged construction stage inspections for our new house. Our Building inspector has completed both frame stage and fixing stage inspections recently for our new home under construction, and the service was excellent. The inspector was thorough, professional, and identified various defects that we would not have noticed ourselves. Each issue was clearly explained and supported by a detailed report with photos, making it easy to raise the defects with our builder. The inspections gave us confidence that important problems could be addressed before construction progressed further. We highly recommend this service to anyone building a new home - the attention to detail and peace of mind are well worth it. ~ smita k

Venkat's building and pest reports were very helpful in my final decision for a purchase of a property. He was available on phone to run me through his reports and point me to areas that aided in the decision making process. I layer pulled out of the purchase but his reports and related assessments might have saved me a lot in the future if I'd proceeded with the safe. Better safe than sorry. Thanks for your service. ~ Daniel F
